Sue Thiers leads Community Solutions Alliance, bringing more than two decades of experience in representative payee services and benefits management. She oversees CSA’s full range of services, including benefit and fund management, individualized budgeting, bill payment, regulatory compliance and reporting, and coordination with families, guardians, and provider partners.

Sue brings a deep understanding of the Social Security and benefits landscape and the responsibility that comes with managing an individual’s finances. Her approach is grounded in accuracy, accountability, and advocacy.

Above all, Sue leads with a people-first philosophy: behind every account is a person whose dignity, stability, and quality of life come first. She helps shape a culture built on integrity, attention to detail, and compassion while continuing to advance CSA’s mission and future.
